In 1989 John and Kim Beres began their SERVPRO career managing their parents' franchises. In July 1994 John and Kim took the bold step in purchasing their own SERVPRO franchise and have never looked back. This charity benefits the needs of the members and families of the Plano Police and Firefighters Association. This partnership goes along with our commitment to our First Responders and the sponsorship with the SERVPRO F1RST RESPONDER BOWL. Our First Responders are on the front line putting their lives on the line on a daily basis in our community for our citizens. I had SERVPRO of Plano come out because my hot water heater broke in the middle of the night and flooded my entire home. Andrew and his crew were extremely helpful and very honest about what was needed. This company is honest and they do a fantastic job! If you ever need help with a flooded home I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Plano.

These guys are fantastic. They came quick and cleaned everything up. Tyler and Tim are super personable and go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. Communication was great, work was fantastic, and they made the entire experience stress free. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Plano!
As a long time Plano State Farm agent my team and I value the excellent professional and friendly work SERVPRO provides for our customers. SERVPRO's professional ability, equipment, and reassuring attitude makes unexpected damage (water, smoke, fire, etc.) easier to resolve. In addition they take the same care when helping us pet lovers clean our carpets. You and your team do great work for us and our customers.
A recent hail storm caused some roof damage and broke our skylight. Water came into our master bedroom. We called our insurance and they recommended this company. Derek Keo and Jacorey Hood were right on the scene with all kinds of equipment checking things out. There was even more great people showing up over the next few days as they dried everything out with fan blowers and a huge dehumidifier. Professional and courteous expedient service. They see things you do not. Think Ghostbusters!

Tyler was a godsend that night. Our hot water heater had burst, and water soaked the carpet in the master bedroom. He evaluated the situation quickly, explained what he was going to do, and got right to work. His patient manner was just what my husband and I desperately needed at that point.Tyler has a remarkable ability to calm a situation and inspire complete confidence. Tyler returned to our home for four days following the incident to continue the cleanup. He was patient, kind and helpful through every encounter I cannot compliment this employee enough. We will forever be in his debt.
