A recent hail storm caused some roof damage and broke our skylight. Water came into our master bedroom. We called our insurance and they recommended this company. Derek Keo and Jacorey Hood were right on the scene with all kinds of equipment checking things out. There was even more great people showing up over the next few days as they dried everything out with fan blowers and a huge dehumidifier. Professional and courteous expedient service. Tyler was a godsend that night. Our hot water heater had burst, and water soaked the carpet in the master bedroom. He evaluated the situation quickly, explained what he was going to do, and got right to work. His patient manner was just what my husband and I desperately needed at that point.Tyler has a remarkable ability to calm a situation and inspire complete confidence. Tyler returned to our home for four days following the incident to continue the cleanup. He was patient, kind and helpful through every encounter I cannot compliment this employee enough. We will forever be in his debt.

I had SERVPRO of Plano come out because my hot water heater broke in the middle of the night and flooded my entire home. Andrew and his crew were extremely helpful and very honest about what was needed. This company is honest and they do a fantastic job! If you ever need help with a flooded home I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Plano.

These guys are fantastic. They came quick and cleaned everything up. Tyler and Tim are super personable and go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied. Communication was great, work was fantastic, and they made the entire experience stress free. I would highly recommend SERVPRO of Plano!
We had a water leak in our house that spread very quickly. SERVPRO was there within an hour of us noticing it/creating the insurance claim, and they walked us through every step of the way. They have been prompt, courteous, and informative throughout this stressful experience. They have been very helpful in working with our insurance company. Thank you Dave, Noah, Kyle, Zach, Miguel, and Marcos for helping take care of our house!
Sean & Chance were very professional, friendly, careful, and thorough as they cleaned up a LOT of broken mirror glass that had very unexpectedly fallen and shattered in the master bath. They called ahead before arriving within the promised service window. They worked diligently on the cleanup. They had me inspect the cleanup before they signed off. All good!
Jessica who took my initial call late the night before was very knowledgeable, helpful, and quick with understanding the need and setting up the appointment. Like Sean & Chance, she is also a top professional.
