Our tech Andrew arrived on time for our appointment to disinfect the apartment and to steam clean an area rug and recliner. There was an issue with the equipment on the truck, however Andrew kept at it and got everything going. Another technician arrived to assist in the project (Garrett), and between the two of them they finished in no time at all. The recliner and rug both look brand new and the apartment smelled clean the next time we visited. We highly recommend SERVPRO of Sherman/Denison and these two gentlemen did an outstanding job. Call SERVPRO of Plano they were very honest they came out looked at what I thought was mold but was just a small section of mildew on my baseboards. Very knowledgeable crew.
This crew member came to look at what I thought was horrible mold growth on my window sills in my daughters room. They were honest and said that it was just mildew growth from an ongoing window leak. We appreciate the honesty. I will use you guys for anything that ever comes up.
I had SERVPRO come out because I had noticed some mildew/mold area around my window sills. Thankfully it turned out to be a very minor indecent.

This SERVPRO came to my home to check on some weird mold growing under my sink they were very honest told me we needed to fix the dripping pipe and they sprayed anti mold growth on the area. I will use this SERVPRO again if needed.
