Trent Timmons and Kendrick Claiborne were the best! They were very polite, professional and just plain nice and courteous. Their demeanor was calm, comforting and attentive. They explained in detail all questions I had about their work and this process. They were very careful when moving furniture and other items. They were very kind and understanding with the issues I had in my home, and they were so polite at all times. They were very soft spoken and thorough with my many questions and answered and explained everything to me in language I understood . I was totally comfortable and pleased with their work, work ethic, and their professionalism. I unconditionally recommend these young men for the work they do for this company!

SERVPRO did a fantastic job on the work on my house. George and his colleague did a fantastic job inspecting the hole that was in my ceiling due to a leak. After the assessment, Aaron was so kind and knowledgable about what it would take to patch up the hole and repaint the affected area. He walked me through the different options and was able to get me scheduled very quickly. On the day of repair, Nelson and his Team did a wonderful job on the ceiling. It was originally estimated to take two days (already very quick turnaround) and the Team was able to complete it all (drywall and painting) in one day! From beginning to end, great professional work, would highly recommend.

ServPro of Park Cities gave us the assistance we needed from mitigation to completion of repairs. Ajay Mistry made many trips to our home during this process. Ajay was informative, punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. Workers were hard working and courteous.

Aaron Smith was in charge of my situation and he did a wonderful job. He answered all my questions and made a stressful time much easier! He knows his business and is highly efficient.

From day one, Aaron Smith with the RECONSTRUCTION side of ServPro was the best thing sent in my direction; he went above and beyond in every possible way. He set foot on the property daily to make sure the tradesmen were moving along with the repairs and that everything was up to par. There were days he might be at my property and there was a package on the doorstep; he would take it inside and send me a picture of where he left the package. Being out of the home physically, I appreciated that. The whole process took just over four months, of which during that time Aaron was joined by Jose Guerrero when it was realized there was also roof damage. When he was here inspecting the roof, Jose realized there was trouble in my swimming pool with the filter that he called to my attention. He made me aware of it, as I wasn't at the property to see it myself; even though it was outside of his scope, because that is just who he is. Aaron Smith and Jose Guerrero made all the difference in how things turned out. Although I used ServPro for the entire claim from water mitigation to reconstruction, the service I would highly recommend is all about the reconstruction project managers. Aaron and Jose take their jobs seriously and wish to see the customer happy. They were honest and upfront throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to ensure the project was completed to my satisfaction. I give five stars, but only to Aaron and Jose; the other departments were not as honest, thorough or knowledgable, in my opinion, which was disappointing. Aaron and Jose are the brightest stars in the ServPro galaxy!
