Servpro responded immediately to my panicked phone call when I found out my Mom's vacant house had flooded while I was out of state. Kristian took all of the details and had the team out there within hours! Smitty went the extra distance to keep me up to date daily with pics and calls and text messages about the issue and what the next step was going to be--what an asset to this crew. What an incredible team!!! I've used Servpro out of state before and knew they would do a great job--this Texas crew did not disappoint! Follow up: Erin is amazing also! She pushed the insurance company to send out the report. Love them all!
