We had an HVAC condensation leak in our attic that caused water damage to an extensive area. I found SERVPRO of HEB online and called them. They responded within minutes and sent their technician, Sean K., who arrived within the hour. He is very professional, and quickly assessed the extent of the damage. He also proposed a remediation and repair plan, and placed fans and a dehumidifier to mitigate the damage. I had a water slab leak that came up through my floors. Insurance sent SERVPRO out for the mitigation process. Isaiah, Gavin and Orlando were so efficient, and worked so hard on getting my floors up. Shane and his crew came out late Friday night to address damage caused by a water leak. They got to work right away. Shane (the franchise owner) explained the process and is dealing directly with my insurance company regarding payment. His crew Joe and Willie were soft-spoken, friendly, well-mannered, responsive to my requests/questions, and gentle with my belongings.
