Several weeks ago, my wife and I experienced a water heater leak. I left a dry house at 10:00 a.m. and my wife came home to a leak around 12:30 p.m. We have used ServPro in the past, so my wife called and by 2:00 your crew was on-site and working. They placed 21 blowers and 3 dehumidifiers to start the process. Andrew Dempsey was my primary contact and I also worked with Griffin and Raul. I cannot say how much I appreciate these guys and the work they did. Each one was attentive to our concerns, always willing to listen and explain things to me and my wife. I was impressed with their work ethic in that they contacted me every day to tell me when they would be coming by to check on the house and/or to communicate how we were doing on drying out the place. Even though the house was a mess, I appreciated their respect for my property and doing as little damage as possible to mitigate the moisture and potential problems in the future. Lastly, I must add that at the time of the leak, I had 3 dogs (130 lb. Sheep Dog mix, 65 lb. Aussie, and 65 lb. Golden Retrieve) and because of the heat, they were spending a lot of time in the house. Your guys were great, they were very understanding and accommodating to the herd’s need to see what was going on in the house and to give them daily sniffs.
