What our
customers are saying
SERVPRO was so helpful when I had water in my house. Dakota came out the same day. He was efficient and set up fans to dry the walls after removing the baseboards. Aaron came out 3 days later to make sure all was dry before picking up the equipment. I would recommend SERVPRO to everyone. Both techs were polite and informative.
All the guys at SERVPRO did a great job for us - the cleaned up, moved furniture, explained everything. Very professional - timely and had everything done quickly!
This is a great company to work with. Communication was easy and dependable.
On time and let's us know if they were running behind schedule. Highly recommend this company and personnel for residential or business.
Very professional staff that was always on time. Good follow up.
SERVPRO recently came to our rescue after our French drains couldn’t keep up with the rain. Shane and James were both honest, and extremely thorough with assessing our house and what needed to be done. While I hope we don’t have to use their services again(for a flood) I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone.
SERVPRO was fast, efficient and reliable! Thank you for coming to our rescue!
We had an HVAC condensation leak in our attic that caused water damage to an extensive area. I found SERVPRO of HEB online and called them. They responded within minutes and sent their technician, Sean K., who arrived within the hour. He is very professional, and quickly assessed the extent of the damage. He also proposed a remediation and repair plan, and placed fans and a dehumidifier to mitigate the damage. SERVPRO also assigned Jessica to coordinate the mitigation and repairs with my insurance company. I highly recommend SERVPRO of HEB.
I had a water slab leak that came up through my floors. Insurance sent SERVPRO out for the mitigation process. Isaiah, Gavin and Orlando were so efficient, and worked so hard on getting my floors up. Isaiah was very communicative and walked me through the whole process. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I cannot express how easy they made the process. I would recommend SERVPRO, Isaiah and his team to anyone. These young men know their stuff. Thank you guys for all your hard work!
Good company would recommend to friends.

Our certified local crews know this market, from suburban homes and apartment communities to the offices, warehouses, and shopping centers that line the SH-121 and SH-183 corridors, and they know how fast North Texas weather, from spring hailstorms and tornadoes to the hard winter freezes that burst pipes, can damage a property.
We provide water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, mold remediation, sewage and biohazard cleanup, storm and flood recovery, specialty and general cleaning, air duct and HVAC cleaning, contents packout, commercial restoration, and full reconstruction.
