I recently had some excavation work done by Pflugerville Servpro Corporation to eliminate mold. The employees did an excellent job, arriving on time each day and working quietly. After leaving the room immaculately clean, they received a glowing report from the inspector. The team leader, Marc Patel was worth his weight in gold. He was patient. He returned calls within a matter of minutes. He explained the process in a way that was easy to understand. He won my trust. He also appeared daily to inspect the project. I'm so glad he was available to guide me through this experience. I then engaged Servpro to do the insulation, drywall and woodwork and was referred to another wonderful man, Pete Arellano. A kind, gentle spirit, he had a keen eye for detail and the utmost patience with my many questions. He answered the phone immediately and responded quickly to my wishes. He too inspected the premises daily. I'm thankful he was there to manage the rebuild. Jordan, who did the drywall, etc. was a young man with a sunny disposition and lots of talent. I was delighted with the finished product. A plus and five stars to everyone!!!
