A sprinkler pipe broke in a riser room in a cottage building on Christmas Eve at about 4 due to below-freezing temperatures.The water was shut off but a lot of damage in the one occupied unit. The resident was out of town. My maintenance director called our Carpet Cleaning company but they were too busy to come out that night. We called SERVPRO, the local office. At about 11:00 Brandon came onto the property and went to the unit. Taking photos and assessing the damage. Brandon returned on Christmas Day and a team was out to remove the water. Christmas Eve, we happened to stop by our clinic to find water flooding out of it. Pipes froze and burst in the unit next door which then flooded our place.
