A sprinkler pipe broke in a riser room in a cottage building on Christmas Eve at about 4 due to below-freezing temperatures.The water was shut off but a lot of damage in the one occupied unit. The resident was out of town. My maintenance director called our Carpet Cleaning company but they were too busy to come out that night. We called SERVPRO, the local office. At about 11:00 Brandon came onto the property and went to the unit. Taking photos and assessing the damage. Brandon returned on Christmas Day and a team was out to remove the water. It was the best decision to contact Brandon and SERVPRO. He’s been very attentive.
Brandon Lanza provided superior service to answer our burst pipe situation, an immediate need with water flooding our home. He responded quickly and did a great job to mitigate the water damage with knowledge, as well as the equipment needed to dry the walls and floor. It was Friday, 2 days before Christmas, and we were very impressed that he handled it so well so we did not have to cancel Christmas. I would definitely recommend Brandon and SERVPRO.
Christmas Eve, we happened to stop by our clinic to find water flooding out of it. Pipes froze and burst in the unit next door which then flooded our place. Thankfully, Brandon was already outside ready to meet with the owners from next door who were late so he wasted no time helping us get the cleanup started right away. He and his crew worked Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and every day for the following week to get our place dried out and cleaned up as quickly as possible so we could get back to work. Thanks to Brandon and SERVPRO for working so hard and quickly over the holidays for us. Things definitely could have been far worse with a lot more damage and loss if he hadn’t been there so quickly and worked so fast. Highly recommend!!
