My basement flooded and Servpro of Cookeville was called by my insurance company and they were right on it from drying the basement out to ripping out the damage and getting a pod and it all loaded up. Josh S, Josh J, Nathan, Brenton, Austin and Lonnie went above and beyond to make our experience great.
ServPro did a great job in removing mold and drying out a wall, subfloor and saving our hardwood flooring after a leak. Adam and the team arrived the next morning after we called and got to work immediately. They even checked on the project each day over the weekend. Thanks to their quick response and the efforts of Nathan, Josh S., Noah, Brenton, Dakota and Josh J., we were able to return home within a week.
