I got a water backup at the basement of our cabin on Sunday June 28. I called Servpro and they came right away. Production manager Wes T and Jaxon and his crew did cleanup, drying and other mitigation stage work in the short period of time. We are really impressed with this ServPro. I was out of town last Saturday, got a call at 11pm saying there's a flood in the basement. Never having been through a flood, I asked AI what to do! It said call ServPro, they serve Del Rio. I phoned Wes first thing Sunday morning. Wes met me Sunday afternoon, checked out everything, damage, measurements, told me about what's next, got his mitigation team in to rip out the carpet on Monday, put in drying machines, another team came in to take out sheetrock, another to clean, by Friday, this part of the job completed and cleaned, ready for the restoring. We are so pleased, we've decided to go ahead and hire Wes' ServPro teams to do the reconstruction and renovation. A shout out and very big thanks to Wes T, production manager, Wes R, crew chief, Will Tanner, Jaxon, Ramon and Junior.
