Had a leak while out on vacation Called Service Pro Wes Trotter and his crew handled everything quickly and efficiently

I got a water backup at the basement of our cabin on Sunday June 28. I called Servpro and they came right away. Production manager Wes T and Jaxon and his crew did cleanup, drying and other mitigation stage work in the short period of time. After that Josh W and his crew did great job in reconstruction of our basement. It was excellent with good quality. Thanks everyone who've been involved in this project!

ServPro is the go-to company for our water damage cleanup and repair at Jefferson County Schools. I was so impressed with their rep, Bekkah Sims, who contacted me about a recent flood at Jefferson County High School before I even knew about it. She had their crew out there on the scene immediately. They took pictures, cleaned up the water, put out fans and dryers and assessed the damage of the gym floor. We are really impressed with this ServPro. I was out of town last Saturday, got a call at 11pm saying there's a flood in the basement. Never having been through a flood, I asked AI what to do! It said call ServPro, they serve Del Rio. I phoned Wes first thing Sunday morning. Wes met me Sunday afternoon, checked out everything, damage, measurements, told me about what's next, got his mitigation team in to rip out the carpet on Monday, put in drying machines, another team came in to take out sheetrock, another to clean, by Friday, this part of the job completed and cleaned, ready for the restoring. We are so pleased, we've decided to go ahead and hire Wes' ServPro teams to do the reconstruction and renovation. A shout out and very big thanks to Wes T, production manager, Wes R, crew chief, Will Tanner, Jaxon, Ramon and Junior.
