Our home flooded late Thursday evening. We were stressed and of course saddened by the days events. With 3 small children and another on the way we knew what an absolute headache juggling so many things would be over the next 48hrs. We couldn’t have been more wrong! We called Service-pro around 2115 and had 2 great guys (Jimmy/Vincent) come out around 2300. They were professional, friendly and ready to get down to work! The next few days were not a let down either! They educated us on so much including things insurance hadn’t told us! That was great! Hezekiah was our main agent the last few days and was extremely professional, personable caring, and understanding! He seemed like a friend instead of business personnel! I enjoyed his expeditious work ethics and was happy he understood my anxiety! I would have given more than 5 stars but apparently that isn’t allowed!??
