Matthew joined SERVPRO of Spartanburg in September 2025, bringing over 20 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry. Prior to relocating to South Carolina, Matthew spent two years working with a SERVPRO franchise in New Hampshire, where he further refined his leadership and technical skills.

He holds an impressive array of certifications, including Master Fire and Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), Applied Structural Drying (ASD), Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT), Odor Control (OSD), Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning (UFC), Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician (FRT), Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT), Health and Safety Technician (HST), and Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS). His expertise spans all facets of restoration, and he brings a high level of professionalism and care to every project.

Now settled in Spartanburg, Matthew is excited to get involved in the local community and contribute both professionally and personally. Outside of work, he is a sports enthusiast who enjoys kayaking, discovering great food and drinks, and seeking out new adventures with friends and fellow ambitious individuals.

Emily joined the SERVPRO team in November 2024 as an Office Manager. With a strong background as a Paralegal, she brings valuable organizational skills and attention to detail to her role. Emily's dedication and experience help ensure the smooth operation of the office, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Outside of work, Emily is a devoted wife to her high school sweetheart of 15 years and a proud mom to two energetic boys. They keep the family busy with their love for baseball and racing four-wheelers, while the family also enjoys spending quality time together camping with friends and relatives.

Emily's passion for sports and outdoor activities keeps her active and engaged in her family life, balancing her professional and personal commitments with enthusiasm and care.

Zach joined the SERVPRO of Spartanburg team in February 2026 as the Commercial/Large Loss Project Manager. He is a seasoned Project Manager with over 4 years of experience in Operations Management in Large Loss. He brings a wealth of knowledge in both the technical and operational aspects of mitigating risk and restoring properties. Throughout his career, he has successfully coordinated multiple mitigation projects, ensuring properties are restored safely and efficiently, while minimizing future risks and damages. Zach has certifications in Mold (AMRT), Water (WRT), Negotiations (Allied Credit), Odor (OCT), OSHA 10, and NCCER. Before his time at SERVPRO^®;, Zach was a custom stair and cabinet builder. He also spent some time as a Journeyman Electrician. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking, and spending time with his dog Belue. Zach is also a Freemason and has a goal of one day becoming a Shriner.

Jade joined SERVPRO of Spartanburg in January 2026 as a Mitigation Project Manager. She has five years of restoration experience and six years of construction and remodeling experience, giving her a well-rounded background in the work she does every day.

A Gaffney, SC native, Jade enjoys spending her free time with her two children, Zeb and Snow, and her fiancé. When she’s not working, you can usually find her gaming, baking, riding motorcycles, or at a concert.

Jamie is the Human Resource Manager. With over a decade of experience in HR and management, Jamie has been a vital part of our team since August 2024 and is committed to supporting our employees and driving company success. She strives to build strong teams and foster a positive workplace culture at SERVPRO. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, two Goldens, and her labradoodle.

Cooper joined SERVPRO in September 2024 as a Reconstruction Project Manager, bringing with him a strong passion for managing large-scale projects and ensuring top-notch quality in every phase of work. In his role, Cooper oversees reconstruction efforts, ensuring timely completion and maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

In addition to his professional expertise, Cooper is actively involved in his local community. Outside of work, Cooper is an avid Lego enthusiast, enjoying the creative challenge of building intricate Lego structures.

Cooper’s commitment to both his work and his community makes him a valuable asset to the SERVPRO team.

Tracie is a highly organized and detail-oriented Reconstruction Coordinator with over 13 years of experience in managing and maintaining documentation for accounts and reconstruction projects. Tracie joined SERVPRO in September 2022. With a background in account management, Tracie ensures that all job files are complete, accurate, and compliant with company standards, providing critical support to project managers, contractors, and clients throughout the reconstruction process. While she enjoys her job at SERVPRO, in her down time, Tracie loves spending time with her husband of 27 years, her 2 daughters, and her animals.

Torie joined the team at SERVPRO of Spartanburg in December 2024 as a Job File Coordinator. Since joining the company, she has expanded her industry knowledge and recently earned both Level 1 and Level 2 Xactimate certifications, further strengthening her ability to support the team and our customers.

Outside of work, Torie enjoys spending time with her son, who keeps her busy with baseball and football. When she's not cheering from the sidelines, she can often be found reading a good book, spending time with her family, or attending South Carolina Gamecock football games in the fall. Her dedication, positive attitude, and commitment to learning make her a valued member of the SERVPRO^®; family.

Brittany joined SERVPRO in January 2025 as an Administrative Assistant and Job File Coordinator, bringing 12 years of experience in the healthcare industry. With a strong foundation in organizational support, Brittany is committed to helping her team thrive by providing exceptional administrative assistance.

Beyond her professional life, Brittany is deeply passionate about her faith. She serves in her church choir and actively participates in various volunteer efforts organized by her church throughout the year.

A dedicated mother of two, Brittany has two sons, ages 14 and 8, who are both heavily involved in sports, including basketball, football, and baseball. She and her husband, married for 7 years, enjoy cheering on their sons and supporting their athletic achievements.

Andrew joined our team in October 2024 and is a crew chief, bringing with him valuable experience from his time working with SERVPRO in Illinois for a year. He holds a WRT (Water) certification and has a strong background in house construction, which contributes to his expertise in water damage restoration. Additionally, Andrew has firefighter training, further enhancing his ability to handle high-pressure situations safely and effectively. As Crew Chief, Andrew leads his team with skill and dedication, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys playing video games, providing a perfect way to unwind after a hard day's work.

Sam joined SERVPRO in December 2024 as a Crew Chief. Though new to the industry, he is quickly gaining expertise and growing rapidly in his role. Sam holds a WRT (Water) certification and is committed to delivering high-quality service on every project he tackles.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys staying active by playing basketball and unwinding with video games alongside his friends.

Zachary joined SERVPRO of Spartanburg in September 2025 as a Mitigation Technician. He brings a wide range of hands-on experience to the team, with a background in towing, car mechanics, property management, industrial chemical cleaning, and cable installation. His strong technical skills and problem-solving mindset make him a reliable and effective member of the mitigation crew.

Outside of work, Zachary enjoys spending quality time with his three children—his two beautiful daughters and his son—who are his greatest motivation.

Dayana joined SERVPRO of Spartanburg in March 2026 as a Mitigation Technician, bringing with her four years of experience in cleaning and restoration. Her background has helped her develop a strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of effective mitigation practices. Outside of work, Dayana enjoys reading and playing games, which reflect her thoughtful and engaging personality.

Marc joined SERVPRO of Spartanburg in April 2025 as a technician and quickly proved himself to be a dedicated and reliable team member. Marc started as a mitigation technician, but fell in love with the contents portion of this job. He has moved over to the contents department where he continues to lead by example.

A proud Navy veteran, Marc brings discipline, integrity, and professionalism to every job site. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and his sweet puppy, Sophie. His leadership and dedication make him a valuable asset to our team.

Chrissy has been an integral part of the SERVPRO team since 2014. With her dedication and expertise, she holds certifications as an Esporta Operator, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Odor Control. Chrissy’s role as a Textile Operator allows her to apply her specialized skills to restore and preserve fabrics and textiles, ensuring they meet the high standards SERVPRO is known for.

Outside of work, Chrissy is passionate about spending quality time with her family, especially during game nights. She enjoys crafting, gardening, and taking nature walks. A lover of books, Chrissy spends her leisure time listening to or reading a variety of books. Whether it's a stroll through the park or a creative project at home, Chrissy finds joy in connecting with nature and her loved ones.

Alyssa is a dedicated Contents Technician who joined SERVPRO in November 2024. With 2 years of experience in the restoration industry, she is passionate about helping families and businesses recover after disaster strikes. Her expertise ensures that each job is handled with care and professionalism.

Beyond her professional life, Alyssa is a foster parent for Spartanburg County, where she provides love and care for children in need. She has two energetic boys, ages 4 and 5, a supportive wife, and a playful kitty named Tilly Reese.

Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family, hosting game nights with friends, and attending dirt track races, where she can indulge her love for speed and excitement. Alyssa’s caring heart and vibrant personality make her an essential part of the SERVPRO team.

Liam joined SERVPRO of Spartanburg in June 2026 as a Mitigation Technician. After transitioning into the workforce, he will be working with the team until he begins college this fall at Clemson University, where he plans to study Engineering.

In his free time, Liam enjoys staying active at the gym and spending quality time with his family. His strong work ethic, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn make him a valuable addition to the SERVPRO^®; team.

William joined SERVPRO of Spartanburg in June 2026 as a Mitigation Technician. Having recently relocated to the Upstate this year, he is excited to be part of the community and contribute to the SERVPRO team.

Outside of work, William enjoys spending time around trucks, fishing, and agriculture. His hands-on experience, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm make him a great addition to the team as he helps serve customers throughout the Spartanburg area.

Marissa joined the SERVPRO of Spartanburg team in May 2026 as an Administrative Assistant. She serves as a key point of contact for customers while managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities that help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Outside of work, Marissa enjoys staying active at the gym, reading, line dancing, and spending quality time with her daughter. Her strong organizational skills, friendly personality, and commitment to providing excellent customer service make her a valued member of the SERVPRO^®; team.

Chris joined SERVPRO of Spartanburg in May 2026 as our Mitigation Manager, bringing with him nine years of SERVPRO experience and a strong background in both restoration and construction.

Chris began his SERVPRO career in Nashville, Tennessee, before relocating to the Carolinas, where he worked with the Fort Mill/Rock Hill SERVPRO franchise and later SERVPRO of Chester County. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience in water, fire, and restoration services and holds WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying), and RRD (Lead) certifications.

Before entering the restoration industry, Chris spent four years working in construction as a framer, developing a strong understanding of building structures and construction practices. He also worked on the reconstruction team for SERVPRO of Chester County and has remodeled bathrooms for more than three years. In addition, he owns and operates his own remodeling LLC, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both mitigation and reconstruction projects.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family. He is the proud father of twin boys, recently got engaged, and has two dogs. When he's not helping customers recover from property damage, you'll likely find him playing kickball or shooting pool with friends each week.

Ken joined SERVPRO of Spartanburg in June 2026 as the Reconstruction Manager, bringing with him 10 years of construction experience and a strong commitment to serving others.

As an Army veteran, Ken's dedication, leadership, and work ethic are evident in everything he does.

Outside of SERVPRO, Ken stays active in his community as a Boy Scout Den Leader, a professional Santa, a Disabled American Veterans (DAV) member, and a lifetime member of the American Legion. In his free time, he enjoys camping, hunting, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves. A devoted Braves fan, Ken attends games whenever he can.
