WOW! Frozen pipes. Plumber issue! The guys from SERVPRO have come to the rescue twice! The unit attached to me had a water heater burst which flooded their unit and leaked into my house. Taylor came over that night to check out both units. The service guys were at my house the next morning to help dry the floors up. Great guys, very polite and professional. They even went across the street to help an elderly lady turn off the water to her toilet that busted and was flooding her bathroom!! A guy even brought a shop vac over to help get up as much water as possible for her. Heroes!!!
