I would like to recognize Peter, Alton, and Dominic of Serv-Pro for their kindness and professionalism. We are an older couple who aren’t able to do what they used to. We had a terrible calamity at our home where the ceiling landed on the floor in our living room area. Peter and Alton came out and assessed the damage and the next day Dominic came out to get the demolition started. These 3 guys were so kind and reassured us everything was going to be ok and repaired. We are still in the repair mode but much has been done in the 3 days since they started. We have always been informed if they are running late and always informed of their time of arrival. Thank you Serv-Pro and thank these 3 guys for helping us in our time of need! We had some pretty heavy water damage from a broken toilet that ran and overflowed all night. Dom and Makayla from Servpro came out in a timely manner for a weekend job. They looked over the job and told us what the charges would be and what they were going to do. They were very professional and answered all of our questions before and after the work they did.
