Your company has assisted my wife and me on two occasions in the last three years. Both situations involved one of our HVAC systems leaking and damaging our reclaimed heart pine floors. The first was due to the HVAC company employee error. The second was due to the age of the same equipment.
SERVPRO performed the clean-up for both accidents. In the first incident, we decided to use the flooring company to do the restoration that the original owner used when building the home. Not a good idea. It was very slow, not a very good job and poor communication.
After installing new HVAC systems we decided to use SERVPRO for the entire process for the second incident. This was the smartest move we could have made. We had worked with Alex Shalyapin on our first clean-up and felt
very confident with his work. When we realized we he would be the contact person we were very relieved.
We are writing to you to commend Alex. He is truly an asset to your company. He was with us through the entire process making sure it ran as smoothly as possible and that we didn't worry as we did in the first situation. He is very professional, polite and to us, very caring. We wanted to give him a huge "thank you" and make you aware of our appreciation.
I just wanted to say that we had the SERVPRO Halftime show perform for our school and I absolutely loved the show!
The 3 staff members that serviced us were great. Because of Alex and his techs, I will certainly use SERVPRO again as well as tell other Managers in my organization to give SERVPRO their business. Once again, Alex was a pleasure to deal with and because of him we will add SERVPRO as a Preferred Contractor.

We are very satisfied with the service so far. Clark arrived within 2 hours of my initial call to the insurance company. Within 3 hours the carpets were up, floor removed and the blowers were on. The next 2 days he arrived when he said he would be here. Dick was also prompt and efficient!
