My son, John Scott Glaize of 3355 Elliston Circle in Northeast Phila., was serviced by your Pennypack/Bustleton Branch on May 28, 29, and 30, 2024. The contents of his home had been severely infested and damaged by mice. Their excrements were deposited throughout his home. From the very beginning of the entire service experience until the completion, each and every staff member involved in helping Scott, was highly professional, hard working, thorough, and polite and courteous. I was immediately impressed during my initial phone call to your company. Casey Smith, the office manager promptly answered my call. After I explained our urgent need for the SERVPRO services, she very quickly arranged a prompt evaluation if Scott’s home. She was also so helpful in sending her team on the days Scott was off from work. Any and all further interactions with Casey resulted in her being kind and caring and professional. She always conveyed a desire to be of help. Scott informed me that the three men who came to his home were also very kind and courteous hard workers who took pride in doing a really good job! They explained step by step and made every effort to thoroughly clean and disinfect Scott’s home so that he could safely return to live in it being free of the health and safety hazards from the mice infestation. These amazing workers often went above and beyond to provide a solution when they encountered a new problem. They restored his home! Your organization is blessed with such outstanding people! I used the team at SERVPRO to remediate a sewage leak in the basement (I know, gross!). A sewage pipe under a concrete slab had deteriorated and leaked through soil and into the basement. Can't get much nastier than that. The SERVPRO team was extrememly prompt to respond and get stage one of the cleanup completed. They then went into the remediation phase of disenfecting everything. They also coordinated great with the pulmbing company who was hired to jackhammer up the floor and repair the pipe. Communication was outstanding throughout the process. Pricing was clear and fair. Quality of work was impressive. I would highly recommend this SERVPRO team.

They were great from the first contact with Casey, to the estimate with Steve and all the work performed by Brian and his team.They were very professional, pleasant to deal with, always there on time, provided every day updates, their work was top notch in cleaning the residence (which was in deplorable condition) from top to bottom. We just bought a new house and discovered mold in the basement.
