This is accomplished through a thorough training and certification program which includes our staff completing leading Employee Certification Training programs, obtaining IICRC certifications in water damage, structural drying, fire and cleaning as well as obtaining advanced certifications in mold, lead paint and bio-recovery.

Full Service

Our Professionals know there is no such thing as a small emergency and fire and water losses are never planned. That is why SERVPRO of Pennypack/Bustleton follows the One-Four-Eight service principles. Within One Hour from the notice of loss, our staff will contact you to arrange for service. Within Four Hours of notification, we are on-site to begin mitigation services. Within Eight Hours, we will provide the appropriate representative with a preliminary loss report.
