We had a leak in our living room ceiling coming from our roof. The damage resulted in the whole ceiling needing replaced. From the beginning ServePro showed great service. They provided wonderful workers to complete all aspects of the job (which turned out to be bigger than anticipated). Gregg was our project manager - he was very kind and accommodating. He arranged all the workers. He kept us informed and addressed any problems/ delays in a timely manner. He had a good working relationship with our insurance agent, keeping him informed of any needs/ problems Daniel M. the roofer who fixed the leak was great. He was very prompt, efficient, and kind- and did great work. We would recommend him any time to do anything related to roofing. Our house is 98 years old. When the ceiling was removed it was discovered that our electrical wiring was old and not up to code. It had to be replaced, which involved some other areas in our house. The electricians were great- Bobby and Matt. They made sure everything worked properly and safely. Of course with all the electrical work ,we had several holes in the walls as a result. Looking at the walls meow you would never know- that is because of Dean, the drywall finisher. He ended up doing the majority of our renovation. We cannot say enough about the fine work that Dean did- he is truly an artist! From the walls to the ceiling(s)- he made them look beautiful! He was very conscientious of keeping messes to a minimum-always using drop cloths and cleaning up at day's end. He was both professional and friendly. When everything was done, professional cleaners came and cleaned the furniture and carpets of all affected areas. These workers as well as the others who helped in other aspects of the renovation(not mentioned by name), were all friendly, respectful, and professional. Although our project ended up taking much longer than anticipated, we were certainly glad to have ServePro doing the job. Everything is done and works/ looks great! Robert & Sandra N.
