We just had a wonderful experience with this company after discovering a leak that impacted our daughters bedroom and one of our bathrooms. Kesha came out same day to inspect the damage and help us determine the root. She was unbelievably thorough and took the time to share what she found and explain next steps. Our insurance sent out a separate company and they were in and out within minutes and didn't even inspect the area of concern. We knew right away that Servpro was the company we wanted to work with. Nate and Victor came out and completed the demo for us. They explained everything they were doing and were professional, respectful and kind the entire time. Once equipment was placed Nate was at our home daily for moisture checks. He communicated every day before and after checks about progress and next steps. Both Nate and Kesha were always quick to respond to messages about questions or concerns and never made us feel as though we were out of the loop.
