Has been a valued member of McGinnis Enterprises for more than 13 years, providing expert project management, construction oversight, and customer-focused service from start to finish.

Monica joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis full time in 2020 after supporting the business and her husband Nick in the business for the previous almost 20 years. Previous to joining SERVPRO Team McGinnis Monica had eight years of accounting and management experience.
When not working and talking about SERVPRO Team McGinnis Monica enjoys spending time crafting creating signs, candles and handmade soaps. Monica enjoys the simplicity of farm life in her home of Dallas and cherishes spending quality time with her family.

Alesha joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis full time in 2024 after supporting the business and her husband Matt in the business for the previous almost 20 years. When not working and talking about SERVPRO Team McGinnis Alesha enjoys spending time watching her kids play sports, traveling and going wine tasting in the beautiful Willamette Valley.
Alesha calls Dallas home and loves the many summer activities that the town hosts like Sounds of Music where local bands put on free outdoor concerts once a week.

Britni joined SERVPRO Team McGinnis in 2023 and serves as Office Manager overseeing all four locations that make up SERVPRO Team McGinnis. Britni has the Asbestos Hazard Emergency Response Act (AHERA) through the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
When not working Britni enjoys spending her time reading and being with her family and friends, checking out places around Salem and Dallas like the Saturday Market. Britni likes to try new adventures and fun experiences and recently got a new cat who she loves dotting on and spoiling.

When Cody is not working he enjoys spending time with his family out in nature hiking, fishing and hunting. Cody lives in Jefferson and one of his favorite things about his hometown is the river with an amazing steelhead and trout run and a great swimming hole to visit in the summer.
