Meet Our Team

Co-Owner/Operations Manager

Jerrod is the Co-Owner of SERVPRO^®; of Mayes & Wagoner Counties along with his wife Paula. Together, they have two children- a son and a daughter- and six grandchildren.

Jerrod is the head of the Operations and Reconstruction department, a role that draws on his more than 35 years of experience in commercial and residential construction and remodeling.

Leading by example, Jerrod is often the first arrive and the last to leave each day. A dedicated mentor, he prides himself on continually teaching and instructing others within the franchise on how to effectively tackle projects.

A lifelong resident of the area, Jerrod grew up and graduated high school in Coweta. Throughout his career, he has been committed to helping the residents and business owners within Mayes and Wagoner counties.

In his free time, Jerrod enjoys riding motorcycles, attending car races, camping, and spending time with friends and family. A fun fact: Jerrod raced stock cars at the Salina Highbanks Speedway outside of Pryor, Oklahoma, in the 1990s and has raced Karts locally for the last five years.

Co-Owner/Office Manager

Paula is our Co-Owner of SERVPRO^®; of Mayes & Wagoner Counties with her husband Jerrod. Together they have two children, a son, a daughter and five grandchildren.

Paula wears many hats at SERVPRO^®; of Mayes & Wagoner Counties as the human resources manager, office manager and in charge of the company’s finance.

Paula graduated from Tulsa Webster High School in 1985 has been in the Coweta area since 1989 after marrying Jerrod. She has been a staple of the community since then, working locally in the banking industry for 30 plus years and being involved in various community, school, and civic organizations.

In her free time, Paula enjoys being involved in community events, spending time with her family, taking motorcycle trips with Jerrod and spoiling her grandkids.

Fun Fact – Obviously, shopping is her passion, but she also loves to decorate for any season. Halloween is her favorite to decorate for with Christmas being a close second. However, Valentines day, Fourth of July, St. Patrick’s, Thanksgiving and Easter are close seconds.

Production Manager

Kyle Church is the Production Manager at SERVPRO^®; of Mayes & Wagoner Counties, a role he has held since the company's inception in October 2019. Previously, he worked for SERVPRO^®; of Rogers County from 2017 to 2019. His years of experience have earned him a reputation as one of the most respected SERVPRO^®; managers in the state.

Kyle's dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction on every job is evident in his strong work ethic and high approval ratings. He is a tremendous asset to the team and a key component of the franchise's success.

A lifelong resident of Wagoner county, Kyle is a graduate of Wagoner High School and currently lives in Coweta.

Kyle is married to the love of his life, Taylor and a father to two sons and one daughter. In his free time, he enjoys working on engines, exercising, having intellectual debates, riding his Harley, and spending time with his friends and family.

AMRT- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician

FSRT- Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration Technician

RRRP- Lead-based Paint Activities and Renovation

Mascot

Born in 2020, Lilly is the official team mascot for SERVPRO^®; of Mayes & Wagoner Counties. She is an American striped skunk (Mephitis mephitis), a species known for its distinctive black and white coat.

Skunks are popular figures in children's books and cartoons. While they are known for producing a strong scent to ward off predators, Lilly's scent glands have been safely removed.

Lilly loves to eat fresh veggies, almonds, and bugs she finds around the shop. After lunch, it's naptime! You can often find her burrowed in her crate under blankets or snuggled up in someone's arms.

She is very active and enjoys playing with her toys, much like a cat. She loves to playfully chase employees through the office, whippy her tail and rear-end around. Her favorite person to chase is Kyle, our Production Manager.

Sales Marketing Manager

Josh Lathem is the Sales Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of Mayes & Wagoner Counties. He has several years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician.

He is active in the following associations:

• Coweta Chamber of Commerce
• Coweta Rotary Club
• Board of Wagoner Chamber of Commerce
• Leadership Wagoner
• Wagoner Lions Club

Outside of work, he is a coach and regularly volunteers in the community.

Construction Manager

Andrew Adams is the Construction Manager at SERVPRO^®; of Mayes & Wagoner Counties and has years of experience in construction project management. His strong drive and attention to detail makes him a valuable team member.

Andrew oversees construction projects from the initial planning stages through to completion. He coordinates with team members and subcontractors to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.

Andrew has completed the rigorous SERVPRO^®; Employee Certification Training Program.

When Andrew is not busy managing a project, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Construction Supervisor

Cody Tow is a Construction Supervisor at SERVPRO^®; of Mayes & Wagoner Counties. Cody's strong drive and attention to detail makes him a valued team member. He has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training also emphasizes listening skills, customer service, and exceeding our customers’ expectations.

When away from work, Cody enjoys time with his wife and four children.

Production Technician

David Williams is a Production Technician and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician.

Outside of work, David enjoys fishing, rock climbing, and having a good time with friends.

Construction Technician

William Spencer is a Construction Tech and has completed our rigorous SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program. This program teaches advanced cleaning and restoration techniques and how to properly use our state-of-the-art equipment. This training program also focuses on listening skills and customer service. William has a strong worth ethic and is known for his attention to detail.

He is a father of five and enjoys gaming and billiards.
