Our adjuster suggested we try SERVPRO, so I called on a Friday night and Shawn was willing to come right out, but we said no, tomorrow is okay. He came and suggested that it may have been off for too long and it will be tough if not impossible to remove the smell. He worked hard cleaning, wiping, and deodorizing. It worked--smell and odor is gone!!
