Andres and his crew were very contentious, hard working and polite to work with! Andres always went above and beyond. When he saw my husband lifting our dehumidifier he stopped what he was doing to come help ( even though they were literally walking out the door). They filled up a large dumpster as they continued to remove walls etc. They always made sure they cleaned any part of the house that they needed to walk through. Great experience even under all the damage we were dealing with! Will definitely recommend them! Thanks Andres and crew!

I hope the right people get credit for this. I called ServPro of South Columbus when our basement flooded in the recent torrential rains. I had gotten on the waiting list of several companies in the area and ServPro was the first to respond. The reason I’m questioning whether this is the right place or not, is because I called ServPro of South Columbus, but apparently ServPro sent cruise from across the country into Central Ohio to help out. The crew who wound up working on our house was ServPro Holmes from Manhattan. I can’t say enough good things about these people. I’ve never seen anybody work harder or more diligently. They were conscientious, efficient, professional, and friendly. In one long day, they cut our drywall up 2 feet, remove the flooring, bagged the waist and set up fans and dehumidifiers. It was an enormous job that they just didn’t do well they did it and we’re very pleasant about it the whole time. They cleaned up after themselves and came back three days later and retrieved all their equipment. The communications throughout were fantastic. We were in regular contact with their representative, and they were available for any questions we might’ve had. But, we really didn’t have any because they did such a fine and thorough job. Again, if you ever have need for such services. I wouldn’t bother even shopping around. One more thing, after doing some online research about potential costs, ServPro was also the most reasonably priced. They earned everyone of these five stars! Though I sincerely hope I never have to use them again, I would call them in a heartbeat.

Jaime and his team were exceptional. They knew we needed our commercial building back up and running as soon as possible. Jaime was so patient and helpful along the way. He didn't hesitate to answer any questions I had. He listen to my concerns and talked through every decision thoughout the process. His team worked long, tough and hot hours. They completed the job way ahead of schedule. We couldn't be happier! Steele was also very compassionate. He saw to it that our site was up and running as soon as possible. I hope there is never a need to use a disaster restoration team again but if so I would only trust Jaime and his team! Thank you for all you did for us.

Serv pro has been great in helping us deal with water in our basement. Not an ideal situation but they were responsive, communicate well and have been a great help for us throughout the cleanup process

Jaime Ortega and his team were amazing! They arrived quickly and got right to work. They were knowledgable and explained everything they were doing and the reasons for doing it. Working with such a friendly team, definitely helped during a very stressful situation. We will not hesitate to call them again if we ever need their help!
