My wife and I woke up to the sound of water sloshing.....it was our dog trying to get to her toys.....in 6 inches of water. Even though it was 1:30 in the morning, she personally answered the phone in a friendly and alert manner. We were immediately put at ease and were assured that help was on the way. Help arrived very quickly and the process was started. After just 4 days, we not only had order restored to our basement, but SERVPRO also helped us deal with the paperwork for our insurance company. I would NOT want this to happen again, but if it does, we will know who to call. The situation was very stressful, but was make a lot easier to handle knowing what was happening each step of the way. I am grateful that there are companies like yours out there. This is our second experience with water damage and both times have used SERVPRO. They truly are experts in their field.

Our insurance agent recommended 2 companies for the flood in our family room. The first 1 we called said they couldnt come out until the next day. My wife called SERVPRO and immediately she felt comfortable with the girl on the phone (Emily). She made her feel at ease.  We experienced a catastrophe when our sump pump failed and we had a back up of 10" of rain water in our basement.  We lost A LOT, much of what we lost can be replaced but many things that were ruined cannot. We contacted your company to receive estimates for the proper removal of any mold.  I want you to know that when Edmond showed up today, we were prepared to be sold by fear, and that is the exact opposite of what happened.  Edmond let us know that every precaution that we had taken was precisely what we should have done and he did not see any trouble areas in our basement. This is the best thing that has happened to us during this whole fiasco.  As soon as Edmond left, we canceled all other estimate appointments and have declared that  SERVPRO will be the ONLY company that we will use.
