Meet Our Team

Ramy is our Owner at SERVPRO of Fairfield County. He is responsible for overseeing the entire operations. Ramy is very involved on all sides from operations, to estimating, to production. He is a great asset to our growing team!

Chad is our Production Manager at SERVPRO of Fairfield County. He is responsible for overseeing our Production crew along with the assigned jobs from start to finish, making sure customer needs are met. Chad is certified with IICRC certifications; WRT and FRST. Chad's positive attitude and dependability makes him a valuable asset on our SERVPRO Team helping customers in their greatest time of need.

Cory is one of our Estimators here at SERVPRO of Fairfield County. He brings years of experience in writing estimates to our Team. Cory is responsible for overseeing inspections and writing estimates for our Production Division. He has his WRT IICRC Certification. Cory's attention to detail and compassion for helping those in need makes him a valuable team player.

Adam is one of our Estimators at SERVPRO of Fairfield County. He has several years of experience in the restoration industry. Adam is responsible for overseeing inspections and writing estimates for our Production Division. He is IICRC certified in Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Journeyman Water Restoration, Carpet & Repair Re-instillation, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, and Health and Safety. Adam has a strong drive to succeed and always goes the extra mile for our customers.

Julie is our Account Coordinator for our SERVPRO of Fairfield County Team. She manages day to day job procedures, including uploading all job file scopes and sketches, ensuring accuracy with every file. Julie's dependability and excellent communication skills makes her a major asset on our SERVPRO Team helping the jobs run smoothly for our technicians.

Anthony is one of our Estimators at SERVPRO of Fairfield County. Anthony joined our team with experience in the mitigation and restoration business. He started on our SERVPRO Team as a Crew Chief, with his dedication and strong work ethic, he was then promoted to an Estimator. He is responsible for inspecting job sites and writing estimates for our Production crews. Anthony has IICRC Certifications; WRT and CCT.

Jaime is one of our Crew Chiefs. He performs on site-production services, including water extraction, carpet cleaning, mold remediation, odor removal, and fire cleanup. Jaime has worked at our Northeast Columbus office as well as for a franchise in California. With Jaime's years of experience in the business and dedication to helping others, you are guaranteed a five star service every time!

Nick is one of our Crew Chiefs. Nick performs on site-production services, including water extraction and fire cleanup. He has his WRT IICRC Certification. He brings enthusiasm and a great work ethic to the job, each and every day. Nick strives to keep our customers informed and satisfied with the results of our mitigation and restoration efforts.

Joshua is one of our Crew Chiefs on our Production Team. He performs on-site mitigation services for our customers. Joshua shows up to each job with a smile on his face and an eagerness to help customers at a time when they need us the most.

Mike is one of our Crew Chiefs on our Production Team here at SERVPRO of Fairfield County. He performs on site-production services, including water extraction and fire cleanup. Mike has been a team player since day one, he is always willing to help. His dedication and eagerness to learn the SERVPRO business makes him a great asset on our Team.

Phil is one of our Crew Chiefs at SERVPRO of Fairfield County. He performs on site-production services, including water extraction, carpet cleaning, mold remediation, odor removal, and fire cleanup. Phil is also a veteran of the United States Army. His background in the Army brings attention to detail and determination to our SERVPRO Team!

Carlos is one of our Estimators at SERVPRO of Fairfield County. He is responsible for scoping and preparing accurate estimates for residential losses. Carlos' knowledge from hands on experience and self-motivating attitude makes him a strong asset when helping customers get their lives back to normal.

Carmen is our Content Specialist on our SERVPRO Team. She is responsible for cleaning and restoring salvageable items following water and fire events. She works closely with our team of technicians to ensure that the customer's belongings receive the best possible care. Carmen is a vital part of our SERVPRO Team, and her attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction is unparalleled.

Bess is our Director of Digital Marketing.
