We had 9 inches of rain in Wisconsin and our finished basement had soaked carpeting. The first company we contacted said they might get to us in a week, We contacted Servpro and they brought a crew up from Ohio and Ryan was here the next day with fans and dehumidifiers. Then Mike and Christian came by about every other day to take moisture reading levels. The basement was completely dry in 10 days. Extremely impressed with the service especially considering how busy they were with other customers. Kudos to the crew from Ohio, they worked long hours and weekends to help us out.
