Patrick and the crew of SERVPRO of Western Dutchess County were the consummate professional to work with. We had a heavily damaged family home from a broken pipe flood damage plus many years of wear-and-tear. We needed it repaired and updated to get on the market for sale. We contracted with them to go over and above the insurance payments to upgrade the house to current standards In a nutshell it looked almost new after their many repairs and improvements. Walls, floors , painting, kitchen installation, etc. We had 3 purchase offers within 5 days on the market and a new family has just moved in. Thank you Patrick and the Western Dutchess SERVPRO team for the great service and commitment.

We couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome of the work of the personnel that contributed to the success of the restoration of the lower level of our townhouse following the rupture of our water tank. From the pack out to the remediation, ending with the talented reconstruction team and the move back in everyone involved was totally professional in their demeaner and specific skill sets. After a home disaster all you want is someone to come in and make it all go away. ServPro was able to do that for me. I was third party so after the initial estimate it was a day or so and then they showed up in force to mitigate my salt water mess. They removed damaged baseboard and rug pads, mold proofed everything then set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry the whole thing. Everything ran for three days. A team came back after everything was dry and attempted to clean the badly salt damaged rug. I was surprised they even tried but they made a valiant effort and I appreciate the effort. I am extremely satisfied with the work that was done to mitigate my brine tan overflow. I recommend ServPro for any home disaster militating work.
