There are not enough accolades to sing the praises of this company. We had severe water damage due to a burst sprinkler system pipe. Joe and his men were here within hours and worked long into the evening to assess the damage, tear out walls, ceilings, insulation, etc. They removed the damaged areas in our home, sprayed anti-mold solution on the exposed materials and set up air handlers and dehumidifiers before leaving late at night. Efrain managed the work throughout the day. The work ethic of the crew, their knowledge of the problem and solving it and respect to our home, belongings and us were beyond what we could have hoped for. DO NOT hesitate to call this company. When you're faced with such a dilemma and don't know what to do, having a company like SERVPRO South Albany County to guide you through the process is such a comfort.
