I am enclosing the check for the excellent, superior cleaning job you completed for my mother and father's home on July 6, 2020! We were amazed at the care taken, the detail given, and the overall condition of her home once you had completed your work. I think you even cleaned things from when we moved in the house in 1986, if possible.
My idea of what I thought the cleaning would be was just going through, getting rid of the dust and refreshing the walls and carpets. To my surprise, it was so much more! The basement cleaning was totally unexpected and the garage, too. The home is literally move-in ready. In fact, I have bought new homes that were not as clean as mom's is now! She is looking down with a BIG smile on her face and is probably saying "Wow" herself. I know that she would definitely have done the same thing if she were selling the house herself. Several of our family friends from outside the area have commented on the house's presentation, not just on the painting and things we did, but the sparkle and rejuvenation to the surfaces, too.
