I had a frozen pipe burst in my house. Vincenzo, Tom, and their team was outstanding. They were at my house, provided an initial clean up, and had dryers & dehumidifiers going within just a few hours. They packed out my entire basement, moved everything into a storage unit, and continued their services for a week. This, while also dealing with multiple other people having similar issues due to the snow & freezing temperatures in NY. The situation was/is terribly inconvenient, but they honestly made things a little easier. I recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in this type of situation. I wanted to express my thanks to ServPro for your speedy response to my needs after a frozen pipe leak in my home during the subzero freeze we experienced here in New York this past week.
