I had a frozen pipe burst in my house. Vincenzo, Tom, and their team was outstanding. They were at my house, provided an initial clean up, and had dryers & dehumidifiers going within just a few hours. They packed out my entire basement, moved everything into a storage unit, and continued their services for a week. This, while also dealing with multiple other people having similar issues due to the snow & freezing temperatures in NY. The situation was/is terribly inconvenient, but they honestly made things a little easier. I recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in this type of situation. They were great and I appreciate their support. Hands down a great company and great people. Thank you.
I wanted to express my thanks to ServPro for your speedy response to my needs after a frozen pipe leak in my home during the subzero freeze we experienced here in New York this past week. I knew when Doug came to access the problem that all would go smoothly. And it did! The following few days were hectic but with Tom in the lead, all progressed without any issues. I had just gotten home from having surgery and your guys worked together very well getting my house cleaned and ready enough to now progress to having the plumber address replacing the frozen pipe and the contractor to complete getting my house back to normal.
