His commitment and understanding of our operations then led him to transition into the office role of Administrative Assistant, and in 2020 he assumed his current position as Office Manager. This unique progression means that Ruben has a thorough understanding of our entire job process, both in the field and within the office. His dedication and attention to detail is second to none. Doug is our Production Manager. Doug's journey with us began years ago as a part-time Production Technician, balancing this role with his full-time teaching career. His dedication and skill led him to transition into a full-time employee, where he quickly advanced to a management position. Doug embodies the importance of hard work and is committed to building and consistently improving our production team. His knowledge of our industry, combined with his ability to clearly guide both home and business owners through our job process, ensures a smooth and reassuring experience. Doug takes great pride in leading our production team and he is always ready to provide expert assistance when you need it most!

Caitlin, one of our Administration Assistants, has been an office team member for over three years. Caitlin plays an important role of ensuring seamless communication and coordination among homeowners, our technicians, and insurance carriers. Behind the scenes, she manages billing, audits, and essential job file documentation. Her analytical nature and eagerness to assist wherever needed means that she approaches every task with supportive energy. What truly sets Caitlin apart is her genuine commitment to our customers! For her, helping customers navigate difficult moments is more than just a job, it's an opportunity to demonstrate care and compassion.

Dana is one of our Administrative Assistants and has been part of our team for over two years. She provides exceptional customer support and is known for her warm, professional phone manner! Although Dana is based in the office, she ensures that all communication is effectively shared with the production team, keeping everyone on the same page and well-informed. Dana is committed to supporting our customers and our team with efficiency and care. She wears many SERVPRO hats and is always here to help!

Keyra has been a proud member of our SERVPRO family for over five years. She started her journey as an Administrative Assistant and through dedication and a passion for helping others, grew into her current role as our Reconstruction Coordinator. Keyra brings positive energy to every project she touches and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. She maintains strong attention to detail, and ensures every customer feels supported throughout the entire restoration and re-construction process. Keyra is all about creating a positive experience and making customers smile along the way!

Vincenzo is a dedicated Crew Chief with two years of experience leading our restoration projects. Before joining SERVPRO, he worked as a supervisor at UPS, where he developed strong leadership and organizational skills. Known for his friendly demeanor, charm, and professionalism, Vincenzo ensures every customer’s experience is handled with care and expertise.

Thomas is a member of our production team. He has the ability to evaluate unique situations, implement quick actions, and ensure continuous progress. Thomas consistently demonstrates a professional demeanor, whether working hand in hand with the team or engaging with homeowners, which contributes to maintaining high morale and a seamless experience for everyone.

David is a member of our Production Team. He is passionate about helping customers recover from unexpected damage and get their homes and businesses back to normal. Known for being reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented, David strives to deliver high-quality results and exceptional service on every job.
