I had a frozen pipe burst in my house. Vincenzo, Tom, and their team was outstanding. They were at my house, provided an initial clean up, and had dryers & dehumidifiers going within just a few hours. I wanted to express my thanks to ServPro for your speedy response to my needs after a frozen pipe leak in my home during the subzero freeze we experienced here in New York this past week. I knew when Doug came to access the problem that all would go smoothly. And it did! The following few days were hectic but with Tom in the lead, all progressed without any issues.
