About Us
Our History
Bill and Steve Loiacono established SERVPRO of Famingdale /Massapequa in 2012
They have owned and operated a family run restoration business for 40 plus years. They started out with their Dad John as their Mentor.
The restoration business has greatly changed over the last 40 years, but some things never change. Most importantly the need for great customer service and constant customer communication. Bill, Steve, and the crew strive for this on a daily basis. Their emphasis is to help the Long Island community while being the best restoration company they can be. Bill and Steve are active members in several chamber or commerce groups and are very active in the local community.
In keeping with the family tradition Bill's son Dan runs our production department and is responsible for all employee training. All of our employees are screened and meet the highest of standards. We require our employee's to hold IICRC certificates in fire, water, and mold remediation. Our production teams are safety trained and qualified to use the most modern equipment in the restoration industry.
