In the latter part of July, we had a water problem caused by the upstairs tenant. We called Servpro for service. We immediately received an appointment and the service person was on time. I explained what happened and he told me step by step how he was going to resolve our issue. The mess was minimum and he cleaned up immediately after setting up his equipment. Three days later, another person came out to check on the progress and said we needed one more day to dry out the floor. The next day we received a call, Servpro wanted to check the progress, I gave a time, and they were sitting outside waiting for the appointed time. The gentlemen were polite and professional.
