Removed carpet & padding from house, cleaned floor of debris, used an enzymatic cleaner and anti-microbial to clean the concrete of dog urine, they even came back a week later to hit it again making certain that the odors were gone. They effectively communicated with me as to their arrival/departure times, as well as to the process they would be going through to clean and deodorize the concrete flooring.
