Chris and Vidal are 5 stars plus and very nice people! They transformed my floors! My sad looking tile kitchen floor and even sadder looking carpeted living room now make me smile.
Devin and Emillio did a great job! Removed carpet & padding from house, cleaned floor of debris, used an enzymatic cleaner and anti-microbial to clean the concrete of dog urine, they even came back a week later to hit it again making certain that the odors were gone. They effectively communicated with me as to their arrival/departure times, as well as to the process they would be going through to clean and deodorize the concrete flooring. I am very pleased with the work, and would recommend Servpro as well as Devin and Emillio for any future cleanup/remediation work!
