I had a wonderful experience with ServPro during what was, for me, a very stressful water mitigation situation. Vidal truly stood out. He is an incredibly hard worker and a perfectionist in the very best sense of the word. He was careful, thorough, and clearly took pride in doing everything correctly rather than simply getting through the job. He also did a great job explaining what he was doing and why, which helped me understand the process and feel much more comfortable with what was happening in my home. What I appreciated most, though, was Vidal himself. He was friendly, patient, reassuring, and kind. I was extremely stressed by the situation, and he had a wonderful way of calming me down while still staying focused on the work. That combination of skill, work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine concern for the homeowner really stood out to me. I also want to recognize Jordan, Vidal’s supervisor. She was responsive, professional, and supportive throughout the process, and it is clear that she values doing things the right way and supports a high standard of work. Stephanie in the office was also incredibly helpful. In fact, every person I dealt with at ServPro was helpful and professional, including the assistant who worked with Vidal, whose name unfortunately escapes me. My experience with ServPro’s remediation team was so positive that it made me want to hire ServPro’s construction team to handle the build-back of my bathroom as well. That says a great deal about the confidence this team gave me in the company. I am very grateful to ServPro, and especially to Vidal. He made a difficult and stressful situation much easier to get through, and I would recommend him very highly.
Great experience with ServPro South ABQ. From initial coordination with Amy to Vidal doing a small demo in my home and Miguel finalizing the job with restoration and carpet cleaning. All around great communication, timeliness, and completion of my service request. Additionally, my options for the job were explained with honesty and expert advice. Chris and Vidal are 5 stars plus and very nice people! They transformed my floors! My sad looking tile kitchen floor and even sadder looking carpeted living room now make me smile.
Devin and Emillio did a great job! Removed carpet & padding from house, cleaned floor of debris, used an enzymatic cleaner and anti-microbial to clean the concrete of dog urine, they even came back a week later to hit it again making certain that the odors were gone. They effectively communicated with me as to their arrival/departure times, as well as to the process they would be going through to clean and deodorize the concrete flooring. I am very pleased with the work, and would recommend Servpro as well as Devin and Emillio for any future cleanup/remediation work!
