Recently my entire basement flooded and I had major water damage to my carpeting, tile, paneling, drywall, furniture and personal belongings. SERVPRO of Washington came immediately and began extracting water. The owner accompanied the crew and they quickly put together a plan. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The crew was like a well-oiled machine and treated my basement as if it was their own home. After the water was extracted they set up numerous fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying out process. Meanwhile, the Production manager spent time with me explaining the entire process and what would happen over the next several days. Then he was on the phone arranging other services I would need (i.e. my furnace had water in it so I had no heat). Before long he had everything coordinated with the various contractors, as well as my insurance adjuster. The damage was devastating, but SERVPRO had everything under control immediately. I highly recommend them and am extremely pleased with their professionalism and their customer oriented service!

We went away on vacation and when we returned home, we discovered that our hot water heater had blown. We had no idea what to do or who to call. A good friend suggested we call SERVPRO of Washington/Woolwich so we did. I am happy to report that they sent a crew right out to start cleaning up the mess. They spent hours sucking up the water and moving our furniture. Then they placed big dehumidifiers and air movers. They came back each day to check on the drying process. They took lots of pictures and helped us through the whole process. The basement has not looked this good in twenty years. I cannot begin to thank them enough for all they did for us. Although I haven't had much experience with cleanup companies, I feel like they were definitely qualified for the job. 

They took all the proper steps needed to make sure everything ran smoothly and safely for us and for them.

I recently had a water damage in my basement. SERVPRO of Washington came to help remove the water and dry things out. The crew leader came in with a thermal camera and showed me where it was wet. The water had gone much further than I first thought. After getting a game plan together, her crew got started. After measuring things up, she actually put her stuff on the basement steps and started moving furniture around. They set fans and a couple crazy dehumidifiers in the basement and 4 days later, everything was dry. It stunk pretty bad in the beginning but when they left things smelled much better. They deodorize too! The owner came back on the last day with that camera and checked everything out. Great Job, and Thank YOU very much!

My house was flooded, naturally I called my insurance company. They told me to call SERVPRO. A crew came out QUICK! They were at my home in less than an hour, and what a relief. They took care of everything! They were very polite, always on time, and always followed through with what we discussed. Everything was a mess but they truly made it "Like it never even happened."
