Fortunately, I have never had to use SERVPRO for my home, but I am a member of Rotary Club of Washington Township. The club had flags that we would use for parades, fundraising events, etc. The flags were seriously damaged by water and were covered in mold. They smelled awful too! The club thought we would have to throw them all away - that is how bad they were. However, SERVPRO took them and cleaned them all up. The flags now look new!! We couldn't believe it! They got out the horrible smell too. Also, SERVPRO is a member of the Rotary so you know they support the community as well.

Isaiah is is a good as it gets. Professional, efficient, knows his job. This is the second time my basement flooded in 2 months and I was so lucky to get isaiah again. He wants to make sure he does not have to come back again for another clean up.

SERVPRO of Washington/Woolwich were amazing from the time I called to the time they removed the last piece of equipment from my home. We had a water damage due to a refrigerator line and my whole entire home was wet including my basement. The office staff was friendly and positive and helpful. All disaster restoration companies are independently owned so when writing a review you should list the franchise who did the service not just SERVPRO in general some of us who have been in disaster restoration for many years do a great job and are worth calling. I for example have used the SERVPRO of Washington Woolwich numerous times for basement floodings. I feel like not enough people give credit where it’s due. I would highly recommend this company and I will continue to be a customer of theirs.
