I recently had a water damage in my basement. SERVPRO of Washington came to help remove the water and dry things out. The crew leader came in with a thermal camera and showed me where it was wet. The water had gone much further than I first thought. After getting a game plan together, her crew got started. After measuring things up, she actually put her stuff on the basement steps and started moving furniture around. They set fans and a couple crazy dehumidifiers in the basement and 4 days later, everything was dry. It stunk pretty bad in the beginning but when they left things smelled much better. plan. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
The crew was like a well-oiled machine and treated my basement as if
it was their own home. After the water was extracted they set up numerous
fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying out process. Meanwhile, the
Production manager spent time with me explaining the entire process and what would happen over the next several days. Then he was on the phone arranging
other services I would need (i.e. my furnace had water in it so I had no
heat). Before long he had everything coordinated with the various contractors,
as well as my insurance adjuster. The damage was devastating, but SERVPRO
had everything under control immediately. I highly recommend them and am extremely pleased with their professionalism and their customer oriented service!

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the technicians that were sent to handle the fire and smoke damage in my condo recently. The were very thorough, and explained the entire process to me. They took extra time to make sure they kept the fire and smoke damaged contents, taken out of my house away from my children's play area, and to make sure everything was clean. They even double checked a closet that I had forgotten to look in to make sure there was no fire or smoke damage in there.
