We had a furnace back up with soot over our entire first floor Jean was there every day cleaning walls, cabinets, appliances, floors. She made me feel comfortable that everything would look like it never happened and she was so right. Thanks Jean for an excellent job.

Lightening recently hit our house.

The SERVPRO crew from WASHINGTON / WOOLWICH New Jersey was amazing.

Our basement flooded with sewage from a toilet back up.

Mold was growing in the basement. The crew and project manager created containment and also completed the cleaning and remediation and the reconstruction.

Not only were these guys super friendly and responsive, they explained exactly what needed to be done and then they got the job done quickly and painlessly. I would highly recommend them for anything!

Some items we did learn about were

• Mold is present almost everywhere, indoors and outdoors.
• Mold spores are microscopic and float along in the air, and may enter your home through windows, doors, or AC/heating systems or even hitch a ride indoors on your clothing or on a pet.
• Mold spores thrive on moisture. Mold spores can quickly grow into colonies when exposed to water.

We had Lightening damage and our kitchen caught fire.

This SERVPRO Woolwich took care of my difficult and stressful property issue.  Not only were they extremely professional and respectful of my situation and feelings, but they were the most cautious and informative I've ever seen in a cleanup crew. Although I haven't had much experience with cleanup companies, I feel like they were definitely qualified for the job. 

They took all the proper steps needed to make sure everything ran smoothly and safely for us and for them.

The production manager treated me and my family like he would his own, this made me feel even more at ease after such a stressful loss.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was with the technicians that were sent to handle the fire and smoke damage in my condo recently.  The were very thorough, and explained the entire process to me.  They took extra time to make sure they kept the fire and smoke damaged contents, taken out of my house away from my children's play area, and to make sure everything was clean.  They even double checked a closet that I had forgotten to look in to make sure there was no fire or smoke damage in there.

I know you usually only hear when an employee makes a mistake - but these gentlemen should be praised for their attention to detail and the care they showed in my home.
