We recently had a flood in the basement. It occurred on the evening that my father passed away. As one would imagine it is a terrible day when a flooded basement in your family home is the best part of the day. I didn’t have access or the capacity to find the needed insurance information. Both Keith & Nick could not have been kinder to help us with the flood waters and to walk us thru the process. They were kind to my mom and respectful of the fact that our days were busy with funeral planning and worked with our schedule. On the final day when they picked up the equipment, Nick handed me a sympathy card. That kind gesture is the act of the kind of company that I can 100% recommend to family & friends.

They came the next 5 days in a row to make sure every part of my basement was clean from the floors, the steps, and book shelves. They didn't rush the job just to move on to the next, they made sure it was done right. Not only did they fix that issue, but as they looked through everything, they noticed potential issues with my pipes that could potentially cause more issues. They let me know about them so I could get them taken care of before something worse happened. I didn't know what to do when my basement flooded so I did a quick google search for flooded basements and the first google result was SERVPRO so I looked at their reviews and saw they did great work and called. Next thing you know SERVPRO showed up on time plus they were very professional. They did an excellent job and I would recomend them to anyone who has any water damage to their home.
