Steve at ServPro was incredible to work with. We had a rain storm flood our garage and basement. Upon arrival they quickly worked with me and the insurance adjuster to get our house dry and in a better place. The communication was terrific during the entire process. They also made to leave our home as clean as possible each day after they left. After a recent water issue in my home (thankfully clean water as opposed to sewage) we contacted ServPro in order to assess the scope of the damage and assist with remediation. Any time water goes somewhere unexpected in your home it can be a dangerous/frustrating/costly endeavor. I am happy to report that ServPro knew exactly what to do and guided us through each step in the process. Dave, Steve and Jovanny showed up and surveyed the area to understand what happened. Thankfully they had done this kind of work before and that was very evident from the moment they arrived. We were particularly concerned about how far the water had gotten and what damage it caused. They were able to quickly measure and build a flood map which followed the path of the water. I really like how they had specialized equipment to indicate where the water had actually flowed. It allowed them to make informed decisions quickly. I really appreciate how they took special care in explaining everything they were doing. Their professionalism was some of the best that I've dealt with. I love how they examined our floor material thoroughly to understand what kind of drying apparatus to use as to not cause further damage. They established containment areas around the affected areas and while these machines were quite loud (they kind of have to be) they did the job. After 3 days of pretty intense remediation the areas of my home were finally dry. I hope that you never need to call upon this crew because it means that something bad has happened. Based on my experience I can only imagine you will be met with the same level of professionalism, care and expertise that they demonstrated at our home. It really was excellent working with them and I recommend them fully.

Dave and Logan and their team are absolutely amazing. We needed their services in an emergency (as most do!) and they were quick to respond, and super helpful. We needed their help on the renovation after the remediation as well and they worked within our budget and were so communicative and understanding and helpful. Dave is one of the nicest most honest guys you’ll work with, especially as far as contractors go!
