The entire ServPro team was awesome to work with. My house had water damage that required me to go through home owners insurance. While that part took a while, ServPro stayed on top of it and started the work as soon as it was approved. We had a sink overflow in our basement laundry room mid- morning on Friday 10/24. Frank, Hugo & Danilo arrived the same afternoon at 1:30 and by 3:00 they were finished extracting the water, taking out a large area rug to be cleaned, removing some wood trim and cutting out some sheet rock that was wet and putting in a de-humidier along with 8 fans to completely dry the basement. We are very pleased with the expedience and caring that they showed. They are the go to team to take care of water problems. Thanks a lot guys!
