We had our first loss which was a total nightmare - completely flooded space, 65% gone - floors, walls, etc. Our case manager Stone Shi was extremely helpful understanding what needs to be done, the steps in the process and all along assuring us that they are experts and the work will be done correctly, timely, and everything will be taken care of.
