Stone Shi and his technicians were responsive, punctual, and professional in dealing with our water damage & mold issues. They took great care with containment by setting up plastic and protected our hardwood floors. I was kept informed & up do date on the process required to dry and mitigate our mold due to water damage from our dishwasher. I was very pleased with their full disclosure during the process.
