Unfortunately we got to experience severe water damage from a broken water line in our master bathroom and Servpro Manchester was on the way late Sunday afternoon. Very professional and the team had weeks of work in our home. They took care of all our items like they were their own. Ava was the Project Manager and truly cared about our home and her team. I’ve never seen so many fans and dehumidifiers in one place but was needed to dry out our house. They took great care in packing and stacking while still doing a complete demo of the home. They provided very good work and provided several reports to our insurance company. Thank you Ava and the team.
Ken, Jose, and crew did a great job. The house no longer smells like smoke ! They left it cleaner than when they found it. We had great communication and amazing attention to detail.
